BoomBumper was developed after a hospital reported a nurse repeatedly striking his head on the same boom. The design responds directly to that problem: high-visibility color to make the low-clearance zone easier to spot, rounded atraumatic corners, and full coverage across the underside and sides, not just the front face. It covers the stationary section of the boom and stays clear of joints and utility connections.
